Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. We provide a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
To initiate a return, email us at orders@konkhe.co.za. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
